About Michelle
Michelle Sinclair is the Co-Founder and President of Talent Recruiting Professionals. A natural connector she has always been fascinated by people and their career journeys. While originally planning a career in accounting, her path took a fortuitous turn when she was recruited into the staffing industry while studying for the CPA exam. Michelle's accounting background coupled with her innate ability to connect people and opportunities enabled her to excel at a Fortune 500 Recruiting Firm, where she specialized in placing top accounting and finance talent. As a 20+ year Birmingham resident and UAB graduate, Michelle has built deep roots in the local business community. Her experience working with clients of all sizes and industries has given her valuable insights into the hiring challenges organizations face. In addition to leading TRP, Michelle also serves as an officer in the Alabama National Guard. In her free time, you can find Michelle working out, traveling to new destinations, reading a good book, experimenting in the kitchen, or tackling her latest DIY home project.

About Cameron
Cameron Day is the Co-Founder and Partner of Talent Recruiting Professionals. With over 8+ years in recruiting, staffing, and relationship building, he comes from a leading Fortune 500 Recruiting Firm eager to serve both his clients and candidates with a local touch that makes sense for them. Cameron (also known as Cam) was born and raised in Alabama, graduated from The University of Alabama with a bachelor's in marketing & sales, and has lived in the Birmingham area for over 30+ years. Ask any of his clients or candidates how he is to work with, and they will quickly tell you he is genuine, candid, and easy to communicate/work with. Cameron has filled a variety of diverse job openings over the years, but specializes in Accounting, Finance, Administrative, HR, and Operations placements. Outside of work you can find Cam enjoying live music/concerts, sitting lake or beachside, or spending time with family and friends.
